Credor 50th Anniversary Goldfeather Limited Edition model

This model pays homage to the 1974 birth of Seiko Special Watches, the predecessor of today's Credor brand.
Credor was born in 1974 under the name Seiko Special Watches. As the name suggests, the Special Watches were a series of top-end wristwatches made from the finest quality materials (including precious metals) and powered by the most advanced mechanical movements of the time.
This limited edition model is a simple, classical, stainless steel iteration of the Goldfeather, with two hands and a leather strap, that celebrates the heritage features of earlier dress watches released under the name of Special Watches, in particular the intricately styled finish and attention to detail.

Beautifully curved watch case

This model is a superb dress watch for all occasions, featuring classical watch case design elements such as intricate bezels, delicate lugs and raised box glass, all complemented by an elegant dial with graceful Roman indexes.
The see-through case back provides a direct view into the spectacular mechanical movement finished with blue steel screws. All parts of the case back that come in contact with the wrist are finished in smooth curves.
The slim, pliable crocodile leather strap provides the ultimate in soft comfort.

Original dial design from the very first watches

The dial, as featured on the Special Watches, has a soft texture inspired by Japanese washi paper and is styled in the distinctive Goldfeather compound curve shape. The exquisite Roman indexes of the early watches have been faithfully reproduced using a combination of the original techniques and advanced ultra-accurate printing technology. The stunning three-dimensional indexes impart a sense of quality craftsmanship. The hands are printed with black lines that beautifully complement the intricate Roman indexes and make the time easy to read.
